When is the deadline for ordering my child’s school supply package?
Deadline for English is August 28th and French is August 28th 2023/2024 school year
Is it possible to add or remove some items from the pre-determined packages?
Please contact us by e-mail if you would like to make some changes to our pre-determined packages and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If we can create a custom package for you, we will send you a separate invoice to place your order.
What do I do if one of my items breaks shortly into the school year?
Contact us and we can look into replacing the item that broke. The best way to reach us is by email but you can also call us.
What items are not included in the packages?
We do not include backpacks, water bottles, lunch boxes, gym clothing or running shoes. Our packages have all the other items on the list handed out by the school boards.
My school doesn’t have a set school supply list but I want my child to have all necessary materials. Do you have a standard pack by grade?
Yes, for the schools that did not have set lists, we created standard packs by consulting with teachers by asking them what they would like to see their students have to help with their schooling.
I can’t find my school on the list. What do I do or why would that be?
There may be some schools that were too far out of the area we serve to be included in our program. Please feel free to contact us if you would like your school to be included and we can reassess.
I have found my school but there is no package for my grade? What do I do?
Some schools do not have lists of items that are to be purchased by parents. It is also possible that we were not able to get access to your schools list in time to load it onto our website so if you do have a list you would like us to price and offer, send us an email with the list and we will make up a package for you.
